We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our band.

We use fan contact information from the registration form to send the fan information about our band.  The fan's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. A fan's email address will only be used by Diginova to periodically contact that fan about show dates and other band related activities.  Fans may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the contact the website section below.  

III.  With who information is shared
Diginova does not provide individually identifiable information to third parties. Diginova will under no circumstance reveal any member's identity to an advertiser.
